Thank you for that.
The letter promised some of the work. Here it is, plus a bit of context for why I think the seat across from your clients might be the right one for me.
For the past six years I have been the in-house client. At GoNetspeed I led digital and brand strategy through a multi-brand M&A rebrand, coordinating delivery across three outside agencies (Ethos Vont, Fluent, Access Marketing Company) to land a unified identity across web, content, CRM, and paid channels.
At Maine State Credit Union I run the in-house version of the same kind of work, owning campaigns from strategy through production across print, direct mail, digital, video, OTT, streaming audio, and traditional channels, while managing creative, photography, video, and media partners as the in-house client lead.
Many voices.
One brand.
Multi-brand M&A rebrand at GoNetspeed. Navigated multiple senior leadership teams from acquired companies, contradicting opinions, and merging cultures to land a unified brand across web, content, CRM, and paid channels.
A campaign built
around a story.
Auto refinance at MSCU. Built around a narrative video concept rather than a media plan. Cast actors, hired a director and DP, shot on location in Rockland.
Website redesign.
RFP through launch.
Multi-year web and CMS overhaul at MSCU as project lead. RFP, vendor selection, scope negotiation, and daily delivery across IT, compliance, and the outside dev partner.
A decade of small-business work.
VMG Productions, my Maine wedding photography and videography practice. 20 to 30 weddings a year, inquiry to delivery. Not an agency, just a decade of running the kind of small business that teaches you what client communication looks like.
Thanks for the time it takes to read all of this. Looking forward to hearing from you.
