VMG Productions — Photo + Film

One team.
Everything covered.

When you book photo and film together, you get a coordinated team that already knows both deliverables. No vendor handoff, no coverage gaps, no wondering if your photographer and videographer are working against each other. Every combo package includes a savings against booking separately, and deliverables you can't get by splitting it.

The Full Production

Then there’s
Mt. Washington.

Named for the highest peak in New England because no other name fits. Rehearsal dinner through reception. Three-person film crew with drone. Fireside Chats running through cocktail hour. Parent albums for both families. Wooden box print set. And Bass Harbor woven into the engagement session you’re already doing. This isn’t a premium tier. It’s a different category entirely.

Exclusive to Mt. Washington  ·  Fireside Chats
Fireside Chats
The stories only they can tell.

During your reception, we set up a dedicated interview station, properly lit, mic'd up, and staffed. Not a camera-in-face well-wishes booth. Guests walk over on their own, sit down, and answer a few questions. It feels like a conversation. Most of them forget they're being recorded.

The footage feeds into a dedicated friends and family chapter inside the Complete Wedding Film. It also delivers as its own standalone film called Fireside Moments, built entirely from those interviews. Your best man talking about the night he knew. Your grandmother on what 40 years of marriage actually looks like. Your college roommate saying the thing they'd never say in a toast.

Fireside Chats is what we call it on the signage. Fireside Moments is what you get. One is an invitation during cocktail hour. The other is what you watch ten years from now.

What it produces
  • Friends & family chapter inside the Complete Wedding Film
  • Fireside Moments, delivered as a standalone film alongside the main film
  • Source audio for 15-second social clips

Fireside Chats requires a dedicated third team member who sets up before the ceremony, covers a third camera angle during the ceremony, and runs the station through the reception. The infrastructure required to do it right is why it’s exclusive to Mt. Washington and not available as an add-on. The first full execution is Bar Harbor 2026. Visual examples and Fireside Moments film samples will be added after delivery.

Something to hold onto. Long after the gallery link.

Available to add to any package that already includes an album. Each piece is produced through a professional print lab, the same quality that goes into your included deliverables, not a consumer print service. There is a real difference between a large format print produced on archival fine art paper and one run off at a photo kiosk. At 4×6 it barely matters. At 24×36, you see and feel it.

For Both Families
Parent Album Pair
Two 6×6 layflat albums, one for each set of parents, curated with priority given to their side's family moments. Not a duplicate of your album. Each one tells the same day with different eyes. The couple gets the fine art album. The parents get something built specifically for them. Available as an add-on for Sunday River, Coburn, and Katahdin. Included in Mt. Washington.
Wall Art
Double Glass Frame
The print floats inside acrylic with a transparent border that creates a three-dimensional sense of space, anchored by hand-assembled solid wooden frames. Nothing touches the print surface directly. The effect is closer to a museum display than a photo frame. Available in two sizes.
Wall Art
Deckled Edge Framed Print
Hand-torn deckled edges mounted against a linen backdrop, floating within the frame. Archival giclée print, archival framing. The torn edge gives it a vintage quality that photographs as a genuine art object rather than a framed photo. Arrives complete and ready to hang.

Travel to most Maine and New Hampshire locations is included. For destinations requiring overnight stays, water transportation, or significant drive time that affects day-of coverage, a travel fee is discussed and agreed upon at booking. Never a surprise after you sign.
